There are a few ways in which you can book your party.

At Jumping4joymascots, we believe every family deserves the best entertainment at the best price.

That’s why we proudly offer our Price Match Guarantee. To keep things simple and fair, here’s how it works:

Comparable Services Only

Price matching applies to mascots, princesses, inflatables, face painting, and glitter tattoos. The service must be for the same length of time and same type of offering (e.g., 1 mascot visit = 1 mascot visit).

Proof Required

A valid website link, advertisement, or written quote from a competitor must be provided. Competitor information must be current, publicly available, and verifiable.

Competitors

We will only match against legitimate businesses offering similar services. Competitors must operate in our service area and provide entertainment to the same type of events (e.g., birthday parties, community events).

Base Price Only

We match or beat the base service price. Special promotions, coupons, bundles, add-ons, or freebies are excluded.

Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to services from unlicensed or uninsured entertainers. Prices from peer-to-peer sites, private individuals, or unverified ads (e.g., Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace) do not qualify.

Booking Requirement

The competitor’s price must be available at the time of booking with us. Price match requests must be made before your deposit is paid.

Our Promise: If you find a lower verified price on comparable services, we’ll match or beat it — while still delivering the professionalism, insurance, and magical experience that only Jumping4joymascots provides.

An $80 non refundable deposit is made to secure the booking and the balance MUST be paid by 24 hours prior to the party.  We do not accept payment after parties.

Going quickly with simple designs one painter can get through 15 – 17 faces per hour.  For birthday parties or corporate events we can always add additional face painters if needed.

We do not recommend face painting for children under the age of 3 years old.

Jumping4joymascots only uses professional quality face-paint that is hypo-allergenic and non-toxic. We cannot guarantee nut free as at any long event the child before could have been contaminated.

Absolutely! Our performers and event staff would be deeply appreciative of any tips. 

We recommend that you book your party as far in advance as possible as we fill up quickly. Booking at least 4 weeks in advance would be highly recommended in order to have the best chance to secure the characters of your choice. 

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $80 to book and reserve any of our packages. 

Yes We’re fully insured.  

We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. You will be refunded everything other than your deposit. If you choose to rebook with us, we will transfer your deposit for a rescheduled date.
