How do I book my party?

There are a few ways in which you can book your party.

Via our online form – we will call you to confirm party details.

How does payment work?

Payment is made via e transfer to jumping4joybilling@gmail.com

An $80 non refundable deposit is made to secure the booking and the balance MUST be paid by 24 hours prior to the party. We do not accept payment after parties.

How does the face painting work? How many children can you do?

Going quickly with simple designs one painter can get through 15 – 17 faces per hour. For birthday parties or corporate events we can always add additional face painters if needed.

We do not recommend face painting for children under the age of 3 years old.

Jumping4joymascots only uses professional quality face-paint that is hypo-allergenic and non-toxic. We cannot guarantee nut free as at any long event the child before could have been contaminated.

Can we tip the Entertainers?

Absolutely! Our performers and event staff would be deeply appreciative of any tips.

When should I book my party?

We recommend that you book your party as far in advance as possible as we fill up quickly. Booking at least 4 weeks in advance would be highly recommended in order to have the best chance to secure the characters of your choice.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $80 to book and reserve any of our packages.

Are you insured?

Yes We’re fully insured.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. You will be refunded everything other than your deposit. If you choose to rebook with us, we will transfer your deposit for a rescheduled date.

Our mascots are entertainers - we assist with themes to parties - we do not intend to infringe on any trademark or copywritten names. As such we do not permit any advertising of trademarked names in association with our company. We have made efforts to change, transform the characters enough so that it is not a mere copy of the original. The resulting transformation is a derivative work. The mascots may resemble a trademarked character but they are NOT exact copies. This is explained during booking so as to avoid any consumer confusion.
